Jay Severin misinforms and miseducates

That’s what Salem News columnist Brian Watson thinks, and I agree with this characterization. However, I don’t agree with Watson that Jay’s suspension should be permanent because “he is insulting, disrespectful and inflammatory.” Jay may be all of those things, but those things alone don’t disqualify someone from the job of talk radio host; indeed, they may be prerequisites. The distortions and outright lies have no place on the air, though.
