I love the fact that people are upset about the small percentage of Jay’s lies, misrepresentations, and logical errors that have been called out here. So I am making a more prominent appeal than I have in my reply to comments on previous posts: Come blog with me!

Great blog idea. Here’s something (current) for you to investigate. He doesn’t say it so much anymore, but from the time Severin came on Boston air, and for several years thereafter, he claimed to have been deeply involved in the civil rights movement, indeed to have been arrest “dozens of time” (once he calculated the actual number at 23). Regular listeners know that, among other things, he opposes the central thrust of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (i.e., that contained in Title II of the act). He just defended that position this afternoon, in response to the contretemps over Rand Paul. I wonder what Severin was arrested for, all those many times, years ago.
