I am late to the discussion, but heard his Thanksgiving Eve broadcast on my way home from the office at about 5:30PM. A gentleman phoned in….and I caught mention of his calling JS a “phoney”. Needless to say, it sparked rage in His Royal Highness, and evoked a rage-filled rant against the caller, with JS telling the caller to “kiss my naked ass”. Looks like our ShockJock’s schtick is evident to former, regular listeners. He’s not so interesting anymore. And he’s rude and vulgar, too.
I concur with the caller’s opinion.

I used to listen to Jay Severin faithfully until I read in the paper that he was married and had a little girl. He always led the audience to believe he was a single skirt chaser and he always used to say “when and if I ever have any children”. When I found out what a fraud he is I stopped listening.
